Background Investigation: If you are selected for this vacancy, you must undergo a pre-employment fingerprint check and background investigation. Fingerprint results and background investigation documentation must be cleared prior to hire. After you begin your employment, your continued employment is contingent upon the outcome of a complete background investigation as determined by the sensitivity level of your position. The investigation must find that you are suitable for Federal employment in your position. If you are found not suitable, you will be terminated after you begin work. Qualifications
To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least a four (4) year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
OR
Three(3) years of general experience, one(1) year of which is equivalent to at least the GS-04 grade level performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Maintain, update, distribute and implement quarters and real property management policies and procedures; Ensure all legal requirements concerning real property matters are met and fulfilled; Provide technical assistance and guidance to tenants; Implement annual rental rates and adjustments and manage payroll deduction; Complete quarters inspections for compliance with safety, health, and maintenance.
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Prepare basic realty actions for review and approval; Perform research and updates on existing realty documents and quarters information i.e., lease renewals, transfers, permits, revocable licenses, quarters agreements; Coordinate records for compliance with established guidelines; Maintain and retrieve information from data systems. Identify, document, arrange for repairs, alterations, improvements, and additional building services at leased space locations.

1 full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours, 27 quarter hours or equivalent).

Superior Academic Achievement.
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Prepare realty documents of moderate difficulty for review and approval i.e, (transfer agreements, new lease requests, property vouchers, quarters policies and procedures); Work with Area and Service Unit staff to assure appropriate realty instruments are being used for realty actions; Review staff housing information and provides assistant to tenant managers; Ensure compliance with real property activities.
OR
Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Perform site and document reviews/inspections for compliance; Recommend corrective action or changes needed; Identify and prepare appropriate realty documents; Work with Service Unit, Area, HQ, or other agency contacts with determining appropriate quarters and realty actions, options and legal instruments needed; Prepares complete packages for submittal including environmental review, legal land descriptions, title status review, and other clearances, to ensure compliance.
OR
Ph. D or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
