Duties
- Works under general supervision of the Leisure Activities Manager. Prepares marketing materials for leisure activity programs.
- Discusses and coordinates with Supervisor current and planned activities and events to include arrangements for special programs and related staffing requirements at Alpine Adventures to assure continuous, prompt and courteous customer service.
- Work performance is evaluated in terms of efficient program operations within set standards of quality and politeness and customer satisfaction.
- Provides guests with local information concerning available programs and activities, making individual reservations, answering questions concerning any aspect of operated facilities and providing prompt, courteous service in any area requested.
- Receives payments, issues receipts, documents business transactions, process retail sales, ensures proper internal control procedures on key issue, money transactions, safeguarding of hotel property and guest service are followed.

- Must have current health assessment which documents good physical health, freedom from communicable disease IAW current Army.
- Must be available to work Friday - Monday 9:00am until 5:30pm and weekends and holidays.
- Work hours and workdays are subject to change depending on the needs of the department.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Must have or be able to obtain current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED training certification within 6 months of hire.
2. Must be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal).
3. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry 40 pounds, walk, bend and stoop and stand on a routine basis. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
