U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Duties
- Demonstrates and sells merchandise directly to customers when technical knowledge of the product is required. Decorates display areas; develops proposals for displaying merchandise including materials.
- Plans and conducts recurring patron activities such as bingo tournaments, and related activities. Assists patrons in the use of the facilities.
- Provides safety instruction and demonstrates use of the equipment used for the gaming environment. Circulates among patrons and receives and resolves customer complaints.
- Teaches and plans related functions (e.g. bingo games (paper, small games), computer bingo, etc).
- Verifies the bingo winners by computer input and/or review of paper cards.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2. to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Irregular work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, split shift, holidays and night duty.
- Flexible work hours; scheduled 0-40 hours per week based on the need of the activity.
Qualifications
1. Six (6) months to two (2) years work experience with bingo gaming equipment and programs as related to the duties described above.
2. Work experience in a customer service focused environment.
