Duties
- Assists Facility Manager in the overall management and operation of a fitness facility.
- Assists with publicity of programs and events. Assists with marketing of posters, flyers and other promotional material.
- Issues/receives equipment to authorized users.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Successful completion of training requirements and demonstrated on the job competency is required.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks IAW AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a National Agency Check (NAC).
- Possesses and maintains the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED; MWR Orientation Course; Customer Service; Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair).
- Be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Possess directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities. The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Highly Desirable: Possession of a Nationally Recognized Basic Fitness Trainer Certification.
