Qualification Requirements:
Possesses directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities. The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
HIGHLY PREFERRED Are those candidates that possess both the minimum qualifications above
and all of the following:
- Possess a Nationally Recognized Basic Fitness Trainer Certification
- Possess work experience directly related to operating multiple fitness facilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Possess front desk skills such as customer service and registration, administrative work, proficiency in MS Office Suite, multitasking and organization skills
- Possess cashier skills to include but not limited to familiarity with cash desk equipment (Point-Of-Sale [POS]), scanners and cash drawers, accuracy in counting and handling money
