Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Work experience related to the duties described above
and
2. Possession of the following certificates:
- Water Safety Instructor Certification
- Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- First Aid Certification
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
1. Possession of a Lifeguard certification
In order to be considered highly preferred, your resume must show that you meet ALL of the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the highly preferred criteria. Applicants meeting the highly preferred criteria will be considered the best qualified and will be referred to the selecting official first. Remaining applicants will be referred for consideration if the certificate (referral list) is returned with no selection.
(Certificates issued by American Red Cross, Ellis @ Associates, Star Guard or other nationally recognized agencies are acceptable)
