Qualifications
Work experience related to the duties described above: manage swim lessons; develop swim program; introduce and instruct safety and survival skills.
AND possession of the following certificates:
- Water Safety Instructor Certification
- Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- First Aid Certification
(Certificates issue by American Red Cross, Ellis @ Associates, Star Guard or other nationally recognized agencies are acceptable)
Highly Preferred:
Possess Lifeguard certification
OR
Possess Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Trainer Certification
Experience must be reflected on your resume! Applicants meeting minimum qualification requirements and highly preferred criteria will be considered before candidates only meeting minimum qualifications of the position.
