Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patrons to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
• Provide information and instructions on facility use, equipment, and safety.
• Assist patrons by checking out equipment and demonstrating the use of new gear.
• Plan and coordinate special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
• Offer work guidance to other team members as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in a role that involves working with the public.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of your schedule.
• Successful completion of a background check and employment verification.
• Direct deposit and social security card required for employment.
