Key Responsibilities
- Engage with patrons to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
- Provide information and instructions on facility use, equipment, and safety.
- Assist patrons by checking out equipment and demonstrating the use of new gear.
- Plan and coordinate special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
- Offer work guidance to other team members as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in a role that involves working with the public.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of your schedule.
- Successful completion of a background check and employment verification.
- Direct deposit and social security card required for employment.
