- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- Will be required to travel in and around Poland 30-50% of the time.
- Must possess a valid US Driver's license with the ability to obtain and maintain a valid US Army Europe (USAREUR) Certificate of license. License must be obtained within 30 days of arrival on site.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain an Official No-fee Passport.
- Privately-owned vehicles (POV) must be registered in Poland. You will be required to register on the Polish economy and obtain insurance. Some insurance companies may not provide coverage for Poland.
Qualifications
1. One (1) year of work experience directing one or more recreation programs. This experience must have provided the knowledge of the goals, principles, methods, and techniques of recreation programs and an understanding of the interests of individuals or groups.
2. Possess a bachelor's degree in the program area managed OR experience that provided a knowledge of the goals, principles, methods and techniques of recreation and an understanding of the interests of individuals or groups
Best Qualified Criteria:
1. Possess three (3) years of experience with standard NAF Management Information Systems (e.g., RecTrac, GPC, SNACS, FMBS, SMIRF, etc.).
2. One (1) year or more of directly related work experience that provided the applicant the ability, knowledge and skills to plan, organize, coordinate, execute, supervise and evaluate a recreational, sports and/or fitness program(s).
3. One (1) year or more work experience with Non-appropriated fund (NAF) annual operating budgets, financial statements, internal controls, Capital Purchase and Minor Construction (CPMC) budget, and NAF Major Construction (NAFMC) program.
