This position is assigned to Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Program; Fleet Readiness Division (N92); Commander, Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE); Jacksonville, FL. Incumbent serves as the Region Program Manager responsible for the overall planning, management, administration and technical direction for all Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) including MWR Category A, B, and C, Child and Youth Program (CYP), Marketing, and Galley Essential meals policies and operations at Navy Installations and operations assigned to and organized under CNRSE Area of Responsibility (AOR).
The majority of population serviced, and operations managed, span 18 installations located in Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Services and programs are designed to support Fleet Readiness and quality of life of all military personnel, family members, retirees and DoD civilians. Operations support the Navy's objectives of recruitment, retention, readiness and overall mental and physical wellness.
