One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NF-04/GS-9 grade level. Specialized experience includes teaching or instructing in an adult education program, supervising or administering a training program, development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results, or work in the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled that required training or instructing others on a regular basis OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in education or a subject area related to the position or three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR
A combination of graduate-level education and specialized experience, described above,to qualify at the NF-04/GS-11 level.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; Knowledge of Navy Fleet and Family Readiness programs, issues, policies, procedures, regulations, and support functions
Skill in project management including analyzing, planning, organizing, and coordinating complex work assignments
Skill in working within a LMS environment and virtual learning platforms such as Adobe Connect and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to design and rapidly develop high-quality interactive e-learning, virtual instructor led training, classroom training, job aids, and/or other performance improvement solutions for adult students.
Ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations and/or training.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
