Duties
Responsible for the issue, receipt, and control of cash. Makes unscheduled cash counts. Prepares reports of significant occurrences during the shift. Assures patrons satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer issues. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift. Maintains and enforces security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and property in accordance with directives and regulations .Must be alert to theft and takes appropriate action.

- Work schedule is subject to change and may include working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Position may involve long periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds and occasionally heavier items.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Recreation/ Retail business which demonstrate knowledge of retail operations and procedures and/or successful completion of 2 years of study above high school that included at least 12 semester hours in courses related to recreation.
Qualified candidates will also be rated and ranked by the following Knowledge:
Skills and Abilities (KSA's) to determine order of referral:
Must have knowledge of business mathematics, cash handling procedures, and merchandise methods.
Ability to lead the work of others
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Computer operations and keyboarding skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Education
