Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert product knowledge about local vendors and Hawai'i-made products.

• Meet and exceed personal and department sales goals.
• Coach and mentor Sales Associates on various product categories including electronics, jewelry, and military clothing.
• Propose additional sales through effective consultative selling techniques.

• Participate in planning and execution of sales programs and events.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve issues proactively.
• Participate in training and development to enhance skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience in customer sales.
