You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) reviewing and analyzing very complex tract appraisals for acquisition by purchase or condemnation, in leasing, out leasing, and disposal, as well as gross appraisals for civil or military projects, within the incumbent's delegated appraisal approval authority; 2) must possess mastery level appraisal knowledge and skills to review the work of appraisers which prepare very complex appraisals of unique properties which require the development of new theories and/or unconventional appraisal techniques. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
