Duties

  • Address critical technical problems to provide rapid resolution.
  • Conduct experimentation, analysis and studies to identify capability gaps.
  • Interprets laws, rules and regulations in order to develop implementation strategies.
  • Manage user system level requirements and develop system architecture

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes the following: assessing, validating, and prioritizing operational requirements (Key Performance Parameters, Key System Attributes and additional performance attributes, or similar process) through the use of modeling and simulations, experimentation and capability demonstrations to inform Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) and Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), or similiar acquisition requirments and evaluation criteria.

Education
