Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes serving as Secretary receiving telephone calls and visitors, screening those which can be handled without the supervisor's help, assembling information for various reports, briefing and conferences, prepare a wide variety of recurring internal reports, documents and correspondence from information obtained from staff, files and other sources. Maintain supervisor's calendar, schedules appointments and conferences, make extensive travel arrangements, inputs employee time and serves as liaison between the Directorate and personnel.
