Specialized Experience: In addition to meeting the proficiency requirement, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-07 or equivalent level. Specialized experience includes serving as secretary or administrative assistant to a senior manager, and establishing and maintaining internal administrative procedures and control of the office; managing supervisor's calendar, scheduling conferences, and making travel arrangements; using automated systems to input requests for personnel actions (RPAs), maintaining controls of incoming and outgoing correspondence; and serving as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, and providing or coordinating responses on non-technical matters.

Proficiency Requirement: You must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
