Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector using knowledge of the following Pass and ID/Vehicle Registration, Police Records, Contractor Security, Visitors Center; Blotter Entry, Supply, Civilian Court, and/or Motor Transport Dispatch to perform the following:
1) Complying with established rules, regulations, practices, and guidance to perform provide administrative assistance
2) Using correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and terminology commonly used in office settings to prepare material correctly.
3) Performing administrative support for Pass and ID/Vehicle Registration, Police Records, Contractor Security, Visitors Center; Blotter Entry, Supply, Civilian Court, and/or Motor Transport Dispatch.
4.) Using office automation software to include knowledge and experience with office automation software, such as, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access).
5) Effectively communicating orally and writing to provide administrative support and customer service, using appropriate tact.
