Your resume must demonstrate that you have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public using knowledge of Personnel, Industrial, Information, Material, and Physical Security and performing the following:
1) Processing SF 86 applications using Navy Background Investigation System, eApp.
2) Conducting physical security surveys and administration of key and lock programs.
3) Utilizing security related computer programs and databases.
4) Overseeing the handling and safeguarding classified information/material.
5) Implementing Industrial Security policies governing contractor personnel.
6) Effectively communicating orally and in writing
