Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience analyzing and resolving highly sensitive security issues involving conflicting source information/testimony received during the conduct of personnel security investigations, security violations and practice dangerous to security investigations.
Experience functioning as the command's primary Special Access Program Security Officer authoritative source, interpreting and analyzing overlapping and/or conflicting security policies and procedures promulgated by Washington level and chain of command authorities.
Experience with and comprehensive knowledge of physical security programs and policy requirements.
Experience with and an in-depth knowledge of the collateral security manuals, procedures, policy guidelines and regulations for Special Access and other related or unrelated specialized security programs.
Experience with and knowledge of SECNAV/CNO, CIA, NSA, DIA, NCIS, SSO Navy/CYBERFORCOM policies and procedures.
Experience demonstrating mastery of complex security concepts, principles and practices involving the three major specialized areas of personnel, information, and physical security in order to accomplish mission.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing to senior flag level military officers and equivalent civilian officials, conduct briefs, and prepare reports and correspondence
