In addition to the Basic Requirement for this position at the GS-11 level, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of
specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing non-clinical support to adult victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment;
2.) Developing, marketing and analyzing services provided to victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment;
3.) Employing various methods and techniques typical of a sexual harassment victim advocate program.
