Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Collaborating and consulting with other SAPR personnel on the installation to ensure efficient service delivery, manage caseloads, and meet reporting requirements 2) Performing essential victim service, advocacy, and support duties; provide a non-clinical response that is trauma-informed, gender-responsive, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented, and without prejudice to adult victims of sexual assault. Demonstrate understanding of trauma related to sexual violence and related complexities; 3) Informing victims of the resources available to report instances of sexual assault related retaliation, reprisal, ostracism, maltreatment, sexual harassment, or to request a transfer; 4) Managing and maintaining up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with legal, privacy, and organizational policies and victim advocacy professional standards.
