GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must
demonstrate the ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally competent, and recovery-oriented advocacy and support to adult victims of sexual assault; coordinate and oversee sexual assault prevention and response activities, guide and mentor victim advocates; conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans; deliver training; and apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices related to sexual assault response within a military or organizational setting
