QUALIFICATIONS:
This position has a basic requirement that you must meet in addition to the experience required below. The basic requirement is as follows:
Basic Requirement:
A. Degree: Successful completion of a bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in behavioral or social science, or a degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position, such as Psychology or Sociology. (Transcripts required)
OR
B. Combination of education and experience: that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. (Transcripts required)
OR
C. Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
In order to qualify for this position, you must also meet the Specialized experience:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes planning, implementing, and evaluating prevention activities pertaining to sexual harassment/sexual assault; conduct risk assessments and identify the need for sexual harassment/ sexual assault prevention training required for the organization; provide recommendations to enhance readiness across numerous organizations concerning the prevention of sexual harassment and assault; and monitor program compliance with sexual harassment/sexual assault policies and guidelines. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
