The ability to perform common tasks including: 1) Performing a variety of metal repair, fabrication, plan, layout, and structural disassembly/assembly of aircraft and aircraft components; 2) Utilizing measuring instruments such steel rules, drill gauges, compasses, and other precision-measuring devices and hand power tools to form sheet metals; and 3) Laying out and planning work in accordance with instructions, blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering specifications.
