Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience accepting or rejecting testing of ships systems utilizing contracting methods and contract types relating to the performance of pre-award, post-award, and/or contract price/cost analysis functions and accepting or reject testing of ships systems comparing to contractual requirements.
- Experience serving as a liaison between the contractor and technical authorities by planning and answering inspection deficiency reports and providing information pertinent to the proper execution, implementation and recording of the surveillance program for availability as assigned.
- Experience coordinating on-site reviews for the evaluation of personnel protection/prevention and safety programs for compliance with appropriate procedures, contracts and specifications.
- Experience monitoring contractor's technical compliance and progress relative to assigned contract/orders.
- Experience coordinating repairs/modernization work, creating weekly reports and resolving delays utilizing the output of various contractor systems and procedures for cost estimating, labor and overhead, budgeting, purchasing and resource planning.
