Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience managing a strategic communications program through the integration of media relations, social media, civic outreach, visuals, crisis response, and special events.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders to communicate the command mission, functions, tasks, and polices, to the public and stakeholders.
- Experience interpreting public affair policies and regulations to ensure communication compliance.
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with external stakeholders
- Experience developing media monitoring services and generating media analysis trends to target strategic messaging.
