Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Leading the development and coordination of major war plans, including OPLANS, CONPLANS, and TPFDDS, for geographic areas of responsibility.
2) Developing detailed deployment schedules and contingency responses in collaboration with Joint Staff and combatant commands.
3) Participating in high-level planning boards and briefings with senior level military leaders and interagency stakeholders.
4) Managing plan execution timeliness, resource requirements and personnel assignment across multiple planning teams.
5) Supporting the daily operations of the division by guiding strategic initiatives and supervising military, civilian and contractor staff.
