Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing effective, timely, and compliant processing of civilian manpower programs, requirements, and functions in accordance with established policies, procedures, directives, guidelines, and organizational initiatives and objectives; 2) Maintaining data entry, submission, tracking, follow-up, and completion of personnel action requests and required documentation utilizing applicable systems, programs, applications and software; 3) Organizing manpower and organizational analyses/studies on a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and work processes, and provides management consultation; and 4) Performing training coordination, notification, tracking, maintenance, distribution, and submission of data and information.
