Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Coordinating all-hazard exercises to determine Emergency Operation Center (EOC) staff readiness;
2) Evaluating organization's ability to execute mass warning and notification (MWN) responses as part of an all-hazard response for an organization;
3) Organizing staff training in the operation of an Emergency Operation Center (EOC); and
4) Manage a qualification and continuing training program for emergency response personnel.
