Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Supervising personnel, performance appraisals, award nominations, disciplinary actions, mentoring, and leading a team to meet mission goals;
2) Utilizing labor and non-labor funding controls, funding prioritization, and advocating for facilities project funding;
3) Developing facilities maintenance requirements, tracking requirements, and prioritizing facility repair projects;
4) Managing unplanned maintenance (emergency/urgent/routine), planned maintenance (preventative maintenance program) Condition based maintenance programs;
5) Coordinating and developing project planning documentation, 1391s and associated documentation, safety and non-safety site approvals; and
6) Administering installation development plans, class I and class II real property inventory, space management, and encroachment management.
