Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience with supply operations or demonstrated mastery of general supply program management.
* Experience applying new theories, concepts, and/or developments to supply problems.
* Experience planning and carrying out the work, resolving most of the conflicts that arise, integrating and coordinating the work of others as necessary, and interpreting policy in terms of established objectives.
* Experience adapting, modifying, and making intelligent compromises with standards, guides, and methods and in originating new techniques.
* Experience utilizing various leadership and mentoring techniques to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Experience having an extensive comprehensive background of NAVUSP WSS and DLA Supply Chain procedures.
