Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level
(GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, coordinating, and utilizing Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG's) industrial facilities to meet Navy Aircraft Mobilization requirements. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Overseeing the processing of aircraft for preservation, storage, removal of equipment, de-preservation, withdrawal, storage process out, disposal, and replacement equipment;
2) Managing the financial resources including preparation and submission of budget input and short and long range workload schedules;
3) Determining Navy requirements for reclamation of parts to fulfill urgent material requests;
4) Providing NAVSUP WSS with aircraft management data on technical problems, trend data, and program progress;
5) Conducting studies and surveys of industrial plants to evaluate capacity and capability for potential production of specific commodities; and
6) Assigning work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities, difficulty, and carrying out EEO policies.
