Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience developing and interpreting policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of services throughout the agency.
- Experience designing, developing, and managing systems that apply, extend, enhance, or optimize existing IT architecture.
- Experience applying knowledge of new IT developments and applications such as hardware, software, network and telecommunications, as well as the interrelationships of multiple IT specialties to develop solutions to integration/interoperability issues.
- Experience demonstrating total cost of proposed investments and providing input to the IT capital planning process.
- Experience managing the preparation and planning of security documentation for assignments in accordance with department and local standards.
