  • The incumbent must obtain the required credentials within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for DCWF role of 411-Technical Support Specialist proficiency level Advanced.
  • Failure to meet a condition of employment may result in disciplinary and /or adverse action up to removal from federal service.
  • Cyber IT/CSWF members shall participate in a continuous learning (CL) program as described in SECNAVINST 5239.20A and SECNAV M-5239.2 and complete a minimum 20 hours annually of CL activities.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
  • Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

- Experience developing processes across the information systems/services life cycle to ensure Information Technology capabilities meet current and future organizational and enterprise missions.
- Experience executing NMCI, PEO Digital, telecommunications, and audio visual projects from initiation to sustainment.
- Experience with acquisition and lifecycle management policies, procedures and practices.
- Experience with functional and/or technical support to IT customers during requirements validation.
- Experience with process and data modeling.
