Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience developing processes across the information systems/services life cycle to ensure Information Technology capabilities meet current and future organizational and enterprise missions.
- Experience executing NMCI, PEO Digital, telecommunications, and audio visual projects from initiation to sustainment.
- Experience with acquisition and lifecycle management policies, procedures and practices.
- Experience with functional and/or technical support to IT customers during requirements validation.
- Experience with process and data modeling.
Examples of Qualifying Experience:
- Attention to Detail - Evaluating program effectiveness; or investigating/analyzing a variety of unusual conditions, problems or issues.
- Customer Service - Deal effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, varied in rank and technical background.
- Oral Communication - Communicate complex technical information, ideas and recommendations effectively both orally and in writing.
- Problem Solving - Recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
