The applicant is to provide a separate narrative statement which describes fully, but concisely, how his/her experience supports each of the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications. Each technical qualification narrative should not exceed 2 pages
. Failure to address these specific qualifications in a separate narrative statement will eliminate you from consideration:
1. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to develop, influence and implement enterprise IT solutions as required at all different security levels that will integrate with key programmatic, DON, and DoD policies and goals
and lead change in areas where needed.
2. Demonstrates the ability to recruit, retain, and lead a large personnel team to ensure NAWCAD Digital Networks and Applications capabilities can execute with a sound technical basis with proper controls and management of readiness risk.
3. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in advanced methods for development and implementation of enterprise IT solutions as required at all security classification levels as well as development of the most advanced digital networking and application capabilities availability to the Command.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes while maintaining needed relationships.
4. Determines resource requirements and tasks execution of resources to enable successful outcomes for advanced implementation of enterprise IT solutions as required at all different security levels to meet customer demands across the Command.
5. Ability to negotiate and deliver complex solutions for enterprise IT resources, networks, and applications with stakeholders with emphasis on cost, schedule, and performance.
