Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical advice, guidance, and recommendations on critical information technology (IT) issues to customers, supervisors, and other IT specialists; 2) Managing assigned IT projects through developing schedules, estimating resource requirements, monitoring activities, and evaluating activities; 3) Conducting analyses to identify and resolve IT projects' planning and scheduling issues affecting customers; 4) Planning and/or managing the implementation, update, or integration of information systems components; 5) Performing the full range of supervisory tasks (i.e. assigning work, developing performance plans, recommending personnel actions, etc.).
