Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13/14) grade level or (NM-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Establishing and executing customer relationship management, work ingestion, financial monitoring, configuration management, and requirements for management processes; 2) Possessing expert technical expertise in all IT functional areas, and ability to integrate this expertise with practical knowledge of the mission, objectives, and operations; 3) Directing the planning of resources to accomplish major blocks of engineering, technical, or business endeavor which involve key portions of significant industrial resources and long-range commitments of agency dollar allocations. 4) Leading a team by planning and preparing performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work; and 5) Providing management and oversight of the architecture, procurement, and processes used by the NAVAIR community for information technology. 6.
