You may qualify at the
GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the
GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
- Experience and expert knowledge in the modeling approaches that may include, Business Process Modeling, data architecture approaches (e.g., The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF), ITIL, industry standards and best practices).
- Experience in leading a team of IT professionals skilled in Security Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure and Services, Enterprise SW, (O365-J), Enterprise Architecture, and IT Systems and Business Analysis, and IT Requirements development and execution.
- Experience and expert knowledge in cloud technologies; development, security and operations (DevSecOps); and continuous integration, continuous delivery (CICD).
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
In addition to meeting qualifications, your application package must reflect the applicable experience to meet the Individual Occupational Requirements for the 2210 series.
This position has an individual occupational requirement (IOR) which must be met in order to qualify for this position.
You must have Information Technology (IT)-related experience which demonstrates proficiency in each of the following four competencies listed below:

3. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
