Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, organizing, leading, monitor, and prioritizes work to be accomplished; make assignments; delegate responsibilities; consults with staff, and set work schedules and deadlines, and review and evaluates work completed; experience in designing, developing, testing, implementation and sustaining IT solutions; Experience in design and creation of IT solutions across multiple platforms, including but not limited to web applications, cloud based and application programming interfaces and Experience in developing and maintaining application using a range of fourth and fifth generation programming languages to include JAVA, C,C#, Python, Shell scripting, Oracle, Apache, Swift, HTML, LINUX/UNIX, and PL/SQL.
In addition this position requires one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:

- Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
