Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Developing life-cycle sustainment plans such as: acquisition strategy plans, development of training products and technical publications, conducting validation/verification events, and/or Materiel Release; 2) Leading Transition to Sustainment efforts on assigned programs with the command; AND, 3) Leading a Supportability Integrated Product and/or Process Team (SIPT) to integrate acquisition and product support activities for an Acquisition Category (ACAT) program.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03 or GS-13).
