Your resume must demonstrate one year of Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying an expert knowledge of guidelines, regulations, and directives from DoD, SECNAV, OPNAV, and NAVSUP pertaining to supply chain management, logistics management, inventory accuracy, transactional reporting, life cycle support, load planning, and inventory management of conventional ordnance in order to supervise, manage, provide guidance, and assess the performance of a team of ordnance subject matter experts (SME). Specialized experience must include: 1) Demonstrating an expert knowledge of DoD and DoN inventory management processes and practices, as well as familiarity with systems utilized, such as Ordnance Information System (OIS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), or Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS)) sufficient to interpret and prioritize complex ordnance inventory management issues; 2) Monitor and analyze inventory management accuracy and processes through data pulls utilizing an expert knowledge of Ordnance Information Systems (OIS) and for compliance with OPNAV policy; 3) Responsible for human resource management functions which include supervising, mentoring, and coordinating the work of subordinates, conducting performance evaluations, and providing full support to the equal employment opportunity program.
