Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of management and program analyst work to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience applying management principles, organizational theory and techniques, and analytical and evaluative methods/techniques to issues and program goals concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Quality Assurance Programs , Compliance, and other performance metrics . Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1. Possess and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of supply processes and policies to include HAZMAT, Postal, Household Goods, Material Management, and Transportation 2. Demonstrate analytical and evaluative studies to identify deficiencies, assess efficiency and effectiveness, measure work success, and develop solutions 3. Evaluate HR processes to improve methodologies (Lean six-Sigma, Continuous Process Improvement/CPI, metrics/statistical analysis, process flowcharting, etc.) 4. Apply knowledge of systems, databases, and computer programs to collect, transform, analyze, and interpret data to make business decisions. 5. Develop training materials, presentations, briefs, and papers to effectively convey ideas and proposals.
