In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying advanced analytical, mathematical, or statistical theories, principles, concepts, methods, and techniques related to statistical analysis, computer modeling, decision theory, mathematical programming, and economic analysis.
2) Performs extensive research and analysis determining the nature and scope of the process, system, or problem.
3) Conducts analysis and assessment to inform Commander-level decisions for maritime operations.
4) Develop cost, schedule, and resource estimates for studies/analyses to identify the required information or equipment necessary to complete mission analysis in maritime and theater security cooperation operations.
