Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing project management, policy, and advice on matters of physical security, force protection and anti-terrorism programs;
2) Managing, implementing, and/or directing security programs and policy for an activity to meet mission requirements;
3) Safeguarding information, personnel, property, assets, or material to prevent, deter, and minimize theft, loss, misuse, fraud, disclosure, espionage, or sabotage;
4) Developing and conducting security briefings and/or training for all levels of military and civilian personnel to convey security policies and directives;
5) Exercising supervision over all work and personnel assigned to a security detachment based on department priorities and employee capabilities.
