Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-10 grade level or pay band or
GS--09 if no GS--10 position exists at the command applying to in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following:
1) Establishing mission priorities to delegate and provide optimal law enforcement output;
2) Directing day-to-day technical and administrative supervision to a group of police officers;
3) Providing guidance on Police, Security, Anti-Terrorism, and Law Enforcement policies and procedures;
4) Responding to critical incidents to ensure safety of the protection of lives or property;
5) Utilizing law enforcement equipment in order to perform security or law enforcement duties; and
6) Investigating complaints while enforcing laws and regulations (i.e., Federal and State law, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Navy Regulations, Marine Corps Orders, and base regulations)
For a GS-11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-09.
