1. Ability to exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
2. Ability to develop, modify, and/or interpret performance standards. Explains performance expectations to employees and provides regular feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
3. Knowledge in representing the Security Forces Flight with a variety of functional area organizations.
4. Skill in performing and enforcing the full range of police officer duties within the military facility.
5. Skill in directing and ensuring thorough investigations of accidents, suspicious activities, and arrests, and promotes community relations.
