One Year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by
1. Advises the Director G-8, Principal staff and the command group on resource planning and programming policies and procedures to optimize the use of resources in accomplishing the command's mission with regards to annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development or budget formulation for an organization. 2. Manages mid- and long-term studies/projects pertaining to resource management practices and operational plans for the command. 3. Coordinates the workload for the division (i.e. assign work, sets goals, advises, instructs supervisors/leads, arranges trainings, resolves complaints, and develops performance standards). Providing guidance on resource planning policies and requirements. 4. Represents Division concerning resource planning and programming at TRADOC and other army forums for the command.
