Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading all aspects of requirements development, execution planning, science and technology, research and development, demonstration/prototyping, acquisition program initiation and management, budget planning, and oversight of program cost, schedule, and performance. Examples of specialized experience may include most of the following: 1) Leading the development of requirements and resourcing (and associated documents/briefings) for various DON and DoD processes, reviews, and actions as they relate to program activities.; 2) Analyzing the credibility and capabilities of new technology, including the evaluation of new opportunities for joint and combined program execution, synergistic development, or sharing of novel technology.; 3) Preparing memorandums, letter, briefs, and other correspondence for principal review and approval including submissions to Congress to justify budget exhibits as well as defense committee briefings for accuracy and currency..; 4) Performing detailed analysis to evaluate programs in terms of cost, schedule and performance and security structure.; 5) Assigning work to subordinates; establishing performance standards, evaluating work performance; giving advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters.
