Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the {GS-14} grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Directing administrative and personnel management responsibilities related to the accomplishment of the mission. i.e. applying global force management regulations, program office memorandum and program reviews, budgeting and resourcing programs, personnel systems, as well as management information systems databases including personnel travel, timekeeping and management.
2) Applying diplomacy, credibility and communication skills necessary to influence key political members, senior U. S. military and foreign military members and their assigned staffs.
3) Utilizing a complete and developed knowledge of complex analytical systems including statistical analysis, operations research and cost analysis.
4) Providing strategic objectives, program management oversight, fiscal execution and conceptual coordination at all levels of strategy and policy implementation.
5) Providing recommendations on complex issues for command resolution.
